On August 19th, the Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation was named one of the 13 charities that would receive a $1,000 donation during Jojo Domann & Edgewater Insurance’s Husker Heartbeat Giveback project.
The $1,000 donation that the Foundation received has been designated to our Math & Reading Assistance programs.
In addition to their heartfelt monetary donation, the Domann family and Edgewater Insurance donated 4 tickets to be given to a family of one of the hundreds of Elkhorn students that participate in our Math & Reading Assistance program.
Knowing that Trent (pictured above) is a huge Husker fan, his teacher Ms. Bennett nominated him for the giveaway. Trent will get to enjoy his first Husker game with his family on Friday, November 26th.
